2pm: The Great Packaging Debate with Peter Stanbury Sustainable Wine Roundtable, Robin Thompson of Encirc, Laura Catena MD Catena Zapata, Marta Mendonça Porto Protocol

3pm: Engaging the Supply Chain in the Sustainability Journey with Barry Dick Waitrose & Partners, Dom de Ville Director at The Wine Society and Calum Fraser Discarded Spirits
