Emma Loisel is the CEO and Chairwoman of Volcano Coffee Works, a South London-based speciality coffee roaster and certified B Corp. She focuses on building purpose-led businesses and reshaping the coffee supply chain to ensure fairness from farmers to consumers. Under her leadership, Volcano is known for its sustainable practices, transparent sourcing, and inclusive approach to speciality coffee. Emma also advocates for ethical business, sustainability, and innovation in the drinks industry.

Judith has worked in the food and drink industry for 40 years in manufacturing, retailing, and from 2004 to 2021 as Director of Sainsbury’s Brand. Today Judith is Deputy Chair of The Environment Agency, Chair of both MicroSalt and The Rugby Players Association, a Non-Executive Director of Monaghan Mushrooms and Daemon, a Trustee of The Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, and an ambassador for Farm Africa. Judith has a wealth of qualifications and experience and in 2015, was awarded an OBE in 2015 for services to Farming and the Food Industry.

Marcus Ihre is Sustainability Manager at Systembolaget, leading efforts to improve environmental and social standards in the wine supply chain. He has a background in chemical engineering and experience in ecolabelling and standards development. Marcus uses data to set sustainability goals and contributes to global initiatives like The Porto Protocol.

Kevin is a passionate and experienced food and drink operator leading Levy’s bold sustainability strategy across environment, nature, and health. He has driven initiatives like carbon labelling, sustainable ingredient sourcing, and the adoption of innovative packaging such as Notpla’s seaweed-based solutions. Now, his focus is on creating the most sustainable drinks offering, collaborating with both SMEs and major brewers. Over his 12-year career, Kevin has held senior roles at leading UK and Irish venues, including ExCeL London and the QEII.

Emily Brighton MW is Head of Technical and Sustainability at North South Wines, the first UK wine importer and distributor to achieve B Corp accreditation in 2023 – the subject of Emily’s MW research paper. Passing in 2024, she is currently the youngest female Master of Wine in the world.

Carolin Haas is the Global Head of the GoGreen Program at Hillebrand Gori, a leading logistics provider for the beverage industry. Carolin works on initiatives to decarbonize wine logistics and embed environmental responsibility into global transport networks. At 25, Tim Wildman quit his job and travelled to Spain with the dream of working in a winery. He eventually became winemaker himself, passed his Master of Wine (MW) exam and launched WineTutor.tv - the first and only independent online educational resource for students studying for the Master of Wine exam. While filming in South Australia he met Ben Dowie and together they created One Third Films, a film production company focusing on regenerative agriculture.

Jeany Cronk is Co-Founder and Creative Director of Maison Mirabeau - one of the Founding Partners of Sustainability in Drinks and the award-winning rosé brand she launched with her husband Stephen in 2009. A former tech marketer with a passion for design, she leads product innovation and brand storytelling, including the acclaimed Mirabeau Rosé Gin. Jeany also oversees their regenerative vineyard and recently authored At Home in Provence, a lifestyle cookbook celebrating the region.

Jane Masters MW is an independent wine consultant with over 30 years of global wine industry experience. She earned her Master of Wine title in 1997 and previously led wine buying at Marks & Spencer before founding her consultancy, Mastering Wine. Jane served as Chair of the Institute of Masters of Wine from 2016 to 2018 and helped establish its Sustainability Committee. She also curates wines for Opimian, Canada’s largest wine club, personally selecting each wine for its 20,000 members.

Claire is a film, impact, and content producer with a focus on environmental issues, particularly sustainable farming. She produced the documentaries Six Inches of Soil and From the Ground Up, and recently launched the Six Inches of Soil podcast. With a background in TV, charity work, and holistic health care, she’s also a long-time therapist supporting people affected by cancer. Claire is deeply involved in grassroots eco-activism, founding community groups and the regenerative farming network 'Regen Cam' in Cambridgeshire.

Becky is the RVF’s Programme Director for Research, Education, and Engagement, developing resources and networks to support producers on their regenerative journey. She manages research projects and collaborates with wine educators to promote regenerative viticulture’s benefits. Passionate about the field since her MSc in Viticulture & Oenology, Becky applies her stakeholder engagement skills from a prior Public Affairs PR career. Interestingly, she also holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Anne Bousquet pursued a successful career in economics before moving with her family to Mendoza in 2009 to manage Domaine Bousquet. Domaine Bousquet is now the number one organic and regenerative winery in Argentina. Anne’s commitment to sustainability is absolutely whole-hearted. She has steered the estate to become only the fourth winery in the world to achieve Regenerative Organic Certification (ROC™) in 2022, the same year they also achieved B Corp status.

Jean-Marc Lafage, seventh-generation winegrower from Perpignan, is one of the leading figures in the Roussillon. Keith Tulloch is a fourth-generation winemaker and the founder of Keith Tulloch Wine in Australia’s Hunter Valley. After working with iconic producers both locally and in France’s Rhône Valley, he established his family-run winery in 1998, focused on crafting elegant, terroir-driven wines. In 2011, he opened the cellar door and winery at the Field of Mars vineyard.
