From a UK Platform to International Influence
Sustainability in Drinks (SID) has grown from a UK-based initiative into an international platform that brings together producers, buyers, experts and industry leaders to drive meaningful change across the global drinks sector.
Through events, partnerships, thought leadership and industry engagement, SID is creating opportunities for collaboration, knowledge-sharing and action on sustainability challenges and opportunities around the world.
SID’s International Presence
Wine Paris
SID made a significant contribution to Wine Paris 2026 one of the world’s leading wine and spirits trade events. SID will be there again in 2027 and our presence will include:
• A dedicated Sustainability in Drinks stand shared with our Associates the RVF, IWCA and Porto Protocol
• Sustainability-focused workshops and buyer spotlights on the stand
• Three sustainability sessions delivered within the Vinexposium Academy programme
The event provides an important platform for connecting producers, buyers and sustainability experts, while showcasing practical solutions and innovative approaches from across the industry.
Vinexpo Asia, Hong Kong
At Vinexpo Asia 2026, SID brought together international voices to explore the future of sustainable wine production.
Highlights included:
• A panel discussion on regenerative viticulture
• Contributions from leading producers and sustainability experts from Australia, Argentina and New Zealand
• Insightful conversations on innovation, resilience and the role of sustainability in shaping the future of the drinks industry
The session reinforced SID’s commitment to facilitating global dialogue and sharing best practice across key international markets.
SID will be back to Vinexpo Asia in Hong Kong in 2027.
